(CercleFinance.com) – The turnover published at the end of September 2023 stands at 2,749 million euros under IFRS standards, compared to 2,724 million euros at September 30, 2022 at constant scope. It is stable compared to the 9 months of 2022.
Residential real estate turnover was down 5% to 1,972 million euros, reflecting the slowdown in the rate of signing of notarial deeds since the start of the year.
Corporate Real Estate revenue amounted to 362 million euros at the end of September 2023, up 45% compared to the end of September 2022, driven by the strong contribution from the La Garenne Colombes eco-campus, delivery of which is scheduled for 2024.
“The 2023 guidance communicated last July remains unchanged, subject to changes in the market environment. In the medium term, Nexity continues to refocus its strategic roadmap by adapting it to new market conditions,” indicates the group.
