As part of their partnership, Domani and Nexity have entered into exclusive negotiations with Audacia for the acquisition of an initial portfolio of 5 assets.
With strong territorial roots in the Landes, Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Calvados, this portfolio represents 11 new senior shared flats (i.e. 88 accompanied elderly people), supplemented by 85 mixed apartments to create intergenerational places
Audacia is positioning itself with this portfolio in the new senior Coliving segment and confirming its role as a reference investor in Coliving.
Composed of places to live for 8 elderly people, the Domani shared habitat allows seniors with a loss of autonomy to maintain social ties while benefiting from a setting adapted to their age and physical condition.
