Feb 20 (Reuters) – Digital marketing agency Next Fifteen Communications is in advanced talks to buy the UK business of rival Engine Group, Sky News reported on Sunday, citing sources.
Next Fifteen Communications, which has a market capitalization of over £1 billion (€1.2 billion), plans to finance the operation in part through the issuance of new shares, writes on Twitter Mark Kleinman, journalist at Sky News.
