ACQUISITION OF THE MANIKA COMPANY
NEXTEDIA STRENGTHENS ITS POSITIONS IN CYBERSECURITY
NEXTEDIA (Euronext Growth Paris, FR0004171346, ALNXT)
announces the acquisition of
MANIKA
a recognized player in Cybersecurity in the strategic areas of information security governance, information system resilience and business risk management.
An acquisition included in NEXTEDIA’s Ambitions 2025 plan to become a benchmark player in cybersecurity.
After the acquisition in 2020 of ANETYS, expert in Cybersecurity, Cloud and Digital Workspace, the acquisition of MANIKA allows the group to expand its know-how and its scope of actions by providing the capacity to support companies in their strategic cybersecurity and resilience plans. MANIKA expects to achieve a turnover of more than €2 million in 2022.
Thanks to MANIKA’s strategic positioning as close as possible to cybersecurity decision-makers, NEXTEDIA is strengthening its positions in companies and will be able to offer them
a complete offer in the management, transformation and operation of cybersecurity programs.
The integration of MANIKA will be carried out according to the historical practices of the Group, by retaining the founders in key management positions and by involving them in the success of the whole. This integration policy has enabled NEXTEDIA to successfully carry out all of the Group’s acquisitions.
An acceleration of the development of annual recurring revenue (ARR)

MANIKA has an e-learning technology platform that offers companies a range of managed services and training to meet the needs of employees’ awareness of cybersecurity. Based on a

income recurrence (ARR)
while strengthening customer loyalty. By 2025, MANIKA anticipates an ARR of €5 million representing more than 70% of its annual turnover.

With a European market* estimated at almost €34 billion in 2021, up 8.3% compared to 2020, spending on security equipment, software and services in Europe is expected to exceed the €45 billion mark. euros in 2025.
