NFTY (ALXP:ALNFT) announced on December 21, 2022 that the Commercial Court of Lyon decided, by judgment of December 20, 2022, to convert the receivership proceedings into judicial liquidation.
The judicial liquidation automatically led to the dissolution of the company, and its cessation of activity. The procedure is still ongoing, but it is already likely that it will be closed for lack of assets, the proceeds from the sale of assets being intended to be fully absorbed by the super-preferred claims. The shares of SA NFTY have therefore become worthless.
