(Boursier.com) — Atlante, the Group company NHOA (formerly Engie EPS), dedicated to fast and ultra-fast charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, announces the closing of the acquisition in Italy of the entire e-mobility spin-off of Ressolar Srl (Ressolar). This closing follows the signature announced on January 26, 2023.
Ressolar is an excellent Italian company with 60 years of experience in the energy sector. It has been active in clean energy systems since 2006, and has also recently developed a network of charging stations for electric vehicles.
This acquisition provides Atlante with additional charging points in Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia-Romagna, close to the A4 motorway, which connects Turin to Venice and is a key logistics axis in northern Italy. This expansion represents an important step for e-mobility in these regions, as Atlante aims to convert the acquired network to fast and ultra-fast charging, thereby advancing its network development.
As previously announced, Atlante and Ressolar will also continue to collaborate to identify additional sites for further expansion of the Atlante network.
