(CercleFinance.com) – Invesco Ltd, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on March 29, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of NHOA , following an acquisition of shares on the market.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said funds, 1,431,907 NHOA shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.61% of the capital and voting rights of this energy storage and electric mobility infrastructure company. .
