“Un Islamic State soldiers carried out a new special operation using a large truck to run over French nationals crusading as they celebrated the National Day in the city of Nice. The daring operation killed nearly 100 people. It is a young man’s voice, a soft and rather high voice, who, on July 16, 2016 in the afternoon, presents in French the “Islamic State news bulletin” on Al-Bayan, the official radio of the terrorist organization.
The Nice attack is certainly the opening of the newspaper presented by Adrien Guihal – French-speaking voice of the EI -, today detained in Syria, but it hardly occupies a headline, two minutes at most. “We don’t dedicate the entire newsletter or an edition to him.
