Big relief for “Backstreet Boy” Nick Carter and his wife Lauren Kitt: After complications during the birth, they are now overjoyed to present their third child.
After complications during the birth of their third child, Nick Carter, 41, and Lauren Kitt, 37, can now breathe a sigh of relief. They are happy and grateful to be able to show their fans their third child, a little girl.

“I would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Southern Hill Hospital NICU for taking such good care of our baby. We know that it is not easy at this time. We are so grateful for everything you do for us @laurenkittcarter and baby are at home and they are fine, “wrote Nick under his first Instagram post with the newborn. The little girl, whose name the two relieved parents have not yet announced, was born on Wednesday, April 21st. Nick announced the birth of the child, but a worrying message followed: “We’re proud to announce the arrival of our baby. But as other parents know, sometimes things don’t go as planned. We struggled with a few minor complications, but everything looks a little better after the first night. ”
Shivering after the birth of the third child
After the birth, fans were very worried about the singer and his newborn baby after Nick posted a photo of himself in a praying pose with both hands crossed. “Yes, I am a believer,” explains Nick on Instagram. “I ask God to give us strength to protect mom and baby.” The singer now thanks his followers for all the “prayers and good thoughts” and promises to keep them informed about the health of his newborn.
Infinitely grateful to have survived the worst
Nick and Lauren announced in January that they would give their son Odin Carter, 5, and daughter Saoirse Carter, 18 months, a sibling. “Sometimes life gives you little surprises,” Carter said in a video appearance at the time. Lauren, who works as a fitness instructor, has suffered multiple miscarriages that Carter struggled with “hard”, Kitt revealed in a 2015 interview. After her miscarriage in 2018, Carter was “heartbroken” and tweeted, “God grant us this time peace. ”The final pregnancy came as a surprise. Lauren didn’t realize she was pregnant until five months later. “I shouldn’t really be able to have any more children,” Kitt explains in an interview before. But the worst seems to be over and the family is overjoyed.
