The young woman later describes the consequences of this blow : “He has a piece of lip less all the same, in addition to a tooth less. We know that his remaining teeth are weakened. He has a dimpled mouth. They found bones and pieces of roots”. A situation that angers Ludivine, since Nicolas is starting to lose his teeth:“Since that, Nicolas has had a very bad stomach because he can’t chew his food properly. (…) He’s getting fat because the food isn’t digested. And he’s down,” she confides.
Ludivine: “He’s not smiling anymore”
Beyond the pain, the farmer’s morale is very low: “When he talks to people, he instinctively has his hand in front of his mouth. He no longer smiles”. The young wife of Nicolas then pushes a rant about the different insurances who, according to her, do not wish to compensate her. Some would even have advised him to send his companion to Romania to redo his teeth. A situation “inadmissible” for the young woman who concluded: “I also called the legal department. The follow-up to the next event”. A very difficult daily life for Nicolas who has still not found a normal life since his accident.
