PARIS (Reuters) – Mutual bank BPCE announced on Friday the appointment of Nicolas Namias as chairman of the group’s management board, where he will succeed Laurent Mignon from December 3.

“The next few weeks will be devoted to implementing the transition within BPCE,” the bank said in a statement.

He then returned to the mutual bank in 2014, becoming director of strategy and then financial director of Natixis, member of the general management committee.

In 2018, Nicolas Namias was appointed member of the BPCE Management Board, first in charge of finance and strategy, and since August 2020, as Chief Executive Officer of Natixis.
