TV star Nicole Mieth and manager Helmut Werner have become parents to a son. He owes his name to pop legend Roy Black.
“Gratitude. Happiness. Love. What’s happening right now is simply indescribable,” says Nicole Mieth (33) happily. on Instagram. The former “Forbidden Love” actress and her husband, artist manager Helmut Werner (39), have become parents for the first time. “Our Lennie has seen the light of day and we are bursting with joy. Thank you for all the kind congratulations,” writes the 33-year-old. She also posts an article from the “Kronen Zeitung” in which the new father speaks out.
What the name has to do with Roy Black
“It’s the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life and Nicole and I are still realizing our happiness,” enthuses Werner in conversation with the Austrian newspaper. He also reveals how the couple came up with the name of their newborn son. “We are both Roy Black fans, who played Lennie Berger in ‘Schloss am Wörthersee’ and so we came up with it very easily.”
Mieth and Werner met in 2017 while filming the jungle camp. Mieth took first place in the RTL show “I’m a star – get me out of here!” ninth place at the time. “Helmut and I met at the Hotel Versace. He was on site as a manager for two candidates,” Mieth told spot on news at the time. During the re-shooting of “The Perfect Celebrity Dinner” it finally “finally clicked. I immediately moved to Vienna to live with him, left my old life behind me and am as happy as anyone could wish for,” the actress continued to rave in the interview.
“The love of my life”
“Helmut is the love of my life. Without the jungle camp I probably wouldn’t have met him. If you were to ask me: Nicole, what did the jungle camp bring you in retrospect? Then I would simply answer: the love of my life.” At the beginning of July 2023, the two finally said yes in Kitzbühel.
The 33-year-old became known for her role in the aristocratic soap opera “Forbidden Love,” which was discontinued in 2015. From 2011 to 2015 she played Kim Wolf, the daughter of Ansgar von Lahnstein (Wolfram Grandezka, 53). She had other roles in, among others, “Tatort” and “Dream Ship”.
Helmut Werner manages, among others, singer Heino (84). From 2009 to 2016 he was part of the Lugner clan. For seven years he was in a relationship with Jacqueline “Jacky” Lugner (29), the daughter of Richard (90) and Christina Lugner (58).
