Night cream: our readers tested 4 treatments, here is their verdict: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

Night creams aim to moisturize and regenerate the skin during sleep, a period when the skin is more receptive to treatments. Typically richer than day creams, they contain nourishing and restorative ingredients that help reduce signs of aging, such as wrinkles and loss of elasticity.

Resveratrol Lift Night Herbal Tea Cream, Caudalie

“I like light textures”, Chiara, 34 years old.

Most : when I open this pretty pink pot, I discover a discreet and natural smell. The texture of the cream is very pleasant. It penetrates quickly and does not leave a greasy film. A small amount of treatment is enough for my skin to gain hydration and make it comfortable when I wake up.

The least: its glass packaging is elegant but it is a little heavy and does not make it easy to transport.

Aloe Soothing Night Cream, The Body Shop

“I want to repair my weakened skin”, Claire, 45 years old.

Most : the first evening, I was very pleasantly surprised by the softness of the cream in contact with my skin. Its smell is particularly discreet, if not neutral, which I appreciate. When applied, the formula is quite rich. It instantly calms my skin. My features were smoothed the next morning.

The least: the packaging lacks information. It’s a shame because I like to know in detail the composition of the treatments I use.

Supreme Regeneration Night Cream, Dr. Pierre Ricaud

“I need a plumping effect”, Brigitte, 63 years old.

Most : THE floral perfume of this treatment makes you want to use it and apply it to the skin. In addition, this cream provides a fresh side conducive to relaxation and letting go. After several uses I notice that my skin is more supple and more comfortable.

The least: you should not apply too much because the texture can leave a slightly greasy film which makes the skin shine when you wake up.

Redensifying Night Cream, Weleda

“I’m looking for a quick result”, Vanina, 45 years old.

Most : the packaging clearly evokes the night dimension of this product and a pleasant surprise, the jar is very full when opened. The cream is fresh and pleasant to apply. But its main advantage is the result: the skin is truly nourished and more supple the next morning.

The least: THE scent is a little too medicinal. I recommend the product but will not repurchase it because of this smell.
