Ninja is one of the first manufacturers to have combined the services of a classic multicooker (simmering, browning, steaming) with those of an oil-free fryer (for roasting, frying, grilling) in a single product. The Foodi range is also the illustrious representative of this series of oh so versatile multicookers. The new Speedi Meals also provides this dual function and includes 10 cooking programs for the occasion: Hot air frying, steaming, grilling, roasting, dehydrating, sautéing, slow cooking, etc. One of these programs (Rapid Cooking) is based on the combination of steam cooking combined with hot air frying to cook quickly and delicately and thus preserve all the vitamins in the food. For each of the programs, the user will be able to modify the cooking temperature and duration.
The Speedi Meals takes its name from an “exclusive” preheating promised to be very fast, which would make meals “for the whole family in just 15 minutes“. Just that! As such, the multicooker contains a 5.7 liter tank (lower than that of the Moulinex Cookeo) which should be sufficient to prepare meals for 4 eaters. However, we can make reservations about the tank. in a square format that shouldn’t necessarily make mixing or transferring to a serving dish any easier. The Speedi ON400EU also comes with a “Cook & Crisp” and a recipe book.
The Speedi Meals ON400EU is still not available on the Ninja site to date, but it is already available on Amazon, at €210.
