See you for the very first Nintendo Direct of the year which promises to be extremely rich in content. Date, times, viewing platform, expectations and announcements… All the information in this article.
The very first Nintendo Direct of the year is finally dated. Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 9 at 11:00 p.m. (French time)we will therefore be entitled to a long emission of a forty minutes presenting us with the entire line-up of Big N for the first half of 2022. What can we expect from this Nintendo Direct?
This is of course an opportunity to learn more about titles already announced such as Kirby and The Forgotten World, Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 or even Sonic Frontiers. But we are not at the end of our surprises and we therefore hope to new revelations. In its tweet, however, Nintendo makes it clear that the show will be devoted to games released only in the first half of the year. It may therefore not be necessary to expect a reveal of Mario Kart 9 or even from Metroid Prime 4 but let’s not forget the famous One More Thing who always has the gift of teasing us beautiful things.
A focus on the new Kirby game therefore seems appropriate since it will be released at the end of March on Nintendo Switch. Advance Wars 1 +2 should also be in the game as well as the highly anticipated Splatoon 3. Many players are also waiting for information on the new title from Monolith Soft (Xenoblade 3 ?) and some theorists believe that other Kirby titles could come out, as well as a Zelda trilogy.
As it concerns Pokemon, don’t expect to see the pocket monsters during this live broadcast since, like every year, we should have a Pokémon Presents dedicated to the license from the end of February. The Nintendo Direct will also surely be the opportunity to announce the date of the Presents.
