Leakers and other industry experts had suggested that the Nintendo Switch 2 would be released in 2024, but these estimates are already outdated.
The new console will probably appear later, at the beginning of 2025. The English-language gaming site Videogameschronicle heard this from various sources.
The release is not expected before March 2025, Bloomberg also reports, citing its own sources.
“According to insiders, Nintendo Co. is notifying game publishers that the next-generation console will be delayed until the first months of 2025,” it said.
