With the arrival of Pokemon Snap last July, nintendo completed the initial list of Nintendo 64 games that it wishes to integrate into the Nintendo Switch Online. He’s not done with this generation’s titles though, as another is going to be added to the library this week and more may follow.
It is Wave Race 64a jet-ski racing game released in 1996, which will therefore arrive in the Additional Pack starting August 19.
Wave Race 64 is a fast and smooth racing game released shortly after the launch of the Nintendo 64 system in 1996. Choose from one of four jet ski racers, each with their own unique abilities and style, and try their hand at racing. Achieve glory in Championship Mode, race down the tracks in Time Trials, perform tricks in Stunt Mode or challenge a friend in 2-Player VS Mode.
Wave Race 64 features nine challenging courses spread across scenic locations. Soar with dolphins on the golden shores of Sunset Bay, sail under the bright lights and tall buildings of Twilight City, feel the crashing waves on Sunny Beach or relax on the icy waters of Glacier Coast, to to name a few. Additionally, race conditions will change with the weather, making the water choppy or covering the course in fog. The waves will even respond to how you and your rivals move!
the Nintendo Switch Online + Additional Pack still costs €39.99 per year, compared to €19.99 per year in the classic version.
