NiP lands on the European VALORANT stage with a female roster

Last September, Ninjas in Pajamas announced that it had signed a European CS:GO female roster with Ninjas in Pajamas Female, for the ESL Impact League S2. The roster was made up of former GODSENT Female and Copenhagen Flames players, including the French ASTRA. A roster that unfortunately failed to climb to the top of the table for the European playoffs, finishing in 5th place out of 8. From now on, it is on VALORANT that NiP will try the EMEA experience.

The Brazilian structure has thus announced that it is entering the Game Changers scene, the women’s competition parallel to the VCTs which was hugely successful in 2022 thanks to G2 Gozen in particular. While the 2023 season has been completely reworked to allow 30 franchise teams to compete on the main stage, Game Changers will also return. NiP will be present with Paige “Padge” Thomas, Öykü “OYKU” Büyük, and Nelly “Raina” Sosobrado.

VALORANT and NiP fans salute the initiative of the structure with the announcement of these first 3 members of the roster, from the team Rix.GG Lightning in 2022, the female structure of RIX.GG Thunder which also separated from its two French girls Ninou and LiriLia. With the team, Padge, OYKU and Raina in particular narrowly missed qualifying for the final with a 5-6th place in Series 3 in EMEA.

In addition to CS:GO, VALORANT has been welcoming more and more big names to its women’s competition in recent months. Recently, EXCEL unveiled its roster for the Game Changers.
