Oct 11 (Reuters) – Japanese carmaker Nissan’s assets in Russia will be transferred to the Russian state, the Commerce Ministry in Moscow said on Tuesday.
The divestiture will include Nissan’s production and research sites in St. Petersburg as well as its sales and marketing center in Moscow, the ministry said, adding that Nissan would retain an option to buy these assets for six years.
