Construction will start in 2025 at the earliest Because, as the “Krone” has learned, the development of the Rossmarkthöfe will also take the entire year. “The demolition of the former Leiner buildings will only take place after 2024,” confirms the Viennese real estate developer led by investor Klemens Hallmann. Construction work is not scheduled to start until 2025.
