Aren’t George, Charlotte and Louis allowed to eat with their parents? There should be strict table rules on official occasions.
Strict eating rules for the young royals: Prince Louis (5), Princess Charlotte (8) and Prince George (10) is said to be not allowed to sit with her parents Kate (41) and William (41) on official occasions, but has to sit at a children’s table. That even applies to Christmas, revealed a former chef of the royal family.
You should first learn the right conversation
“Children are not allowed to sit with adults until they have learned the art of polite conversation,” former royal chef Darren McGrady said loudly the British “Mirror the Australian magazine “Harper’s Bazaar”. McGrady worked for the British royal family for around 15 years. The chef also revealed that even at Christmas, the royal trio have to eat separately from the family with the nanny in the children’s room, according to the report. “The kids always ate in the nursery until they were old enough to behave properly at the dinner table,” Darren McGrady unpacked of the royal family.
He had previously commented on the royals’ dining habits. Two years ago he revealed, for example, in a YouTube videothat Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022) always liked to eat a jam sandwich in the afternoon. A habit she has cultivated since childhood. “As a little girl, the Queen was served jam sandwiches in the nursery. She has enjoyed them for afternoon tea ever since.” In addition, great attention is paid to a healthy diet for the young royals and, for example, vegetables are mixed into mashed potatoes so that the offspring get enough vitamins.
