The 21-year-old from Salzburg, who lives in Vienna, immediately stated that he did not have a driver’s license. He had bought the badly damaged Opel Astra from a friend. During the search inquiry that was subsequently carried out, it finally emerged that the license plates of the car had already been reported stolen in Vienna in April. An alcohol test I ran through came back negative, but a drug test worked several times: namely for cocaine, THC and amphetamine.
