No driver’s license – drug drivers on the move with stolen drinks

Without a driver’s license, with a badly damaged car and stolen license plate, a 21-year-old was out and about in Grödig on Sunday. In addition, the Salzburg man was also on drugs.

During alcohol and drug controls in the municipality of Grödig, the officers noticed a badly damaged Opel Astra – they then carried out a traffic check on the driver. The 21-year-old from Salzburg, who lives in Vienna, immediately stated that he did not have a driver’s license. He had bought the badly damaged Opel Astra from a friend. During the search inquiry that was subsequently carried out, it finally emerged that the license plates of the car had already been reported stolen in Vienna in April. An alcohol test I ran through came back negative, but a drug test worked several times: namely for cocaine, THC and amphetamine. The 21-year-old was declared incapable of driving – he confessed in all matters. Several advertisements await him.
