No insight – garage supervisory boards are groping in the dark when it comes to information

Actually, the management of the Salzburger Parkgaragengesellschaft (SPG) had sent an invitation to the two supervisory board members to inspect the expansion documents. This was pronounced on March 29th. But this did not happen. “We were denied access at short notice. This is a clear act of non-transparency. It is made impossible for us to fulfill our duty of supervision,” says Tarik Mete (SPÖ). As a member of the supervisory board, he wonders whether there is anything to hide.

The citizen list club chairwoman Ingeborg Haller, who also sits on the supervisory board, also asks questions: “Why can’t we see the desired documents, such as the tender documents, easement agreements, etc., why was access denied at short notice after an appointment had already been made?”
