Since pure rye flour does not contain gluten, there is no dough! The mass is then distributed in the hair and then rinsed out thoroughly. Tip: You can mix coffee with the rye flour. This binds odors and with the caffeine it contains ensures that blood flow to the hair roots is promoted.

Just by that to brush The sebum should be well distributed in the hair, whereby the natural protection of the hair reaches the hair tips and thus becomes hair care at the same time. Long daily brushing is mandatory! One qualitatively high quality brush Made of wood with natural fibers or wild boar bristles (alternatively a comb) ensures that the sebum is well distributed in the hair. But Caution: The comb or brush must be cleaned regularly, otherwise fungi or microorganisms can accumulate. Apple cider vinegar can be added to the lengths of the hair and helps keep the hair healthy and disinfect it.
With this radical form, a long breath is also necessary, as the hair washing is omitted very unfamiliar to many and it may even take a few months for the hair and scalp to level out again. Perseverance should be worthwhile, as the hair should then be healthier, stronger and shinier.
