This is the lawyers’ third request for the accused. On their page “support for the families of Delphine Aussaguel”, her friends posted this text on Tuesday, January 4: “New request for release of Cédric Jubillar. He didn’t go out the first time or the second time, and his lawyers insist !!! No the file is not empty! Delphine we think of you, the truth will come out !! It is not possible otherwise”. As a reminder, the Delphine Jubillar affair began in 2020, when this mother suddenly disappeared, on the night of December 15 to 16. From the start of the investigation, the prosecution turned to her husband, Cedric Jubillar. According to their neighborhood, he was criticized for his consumption of cannabis, and for delaying in finishing the house in which the family lived. The couple in their thirties had two children: Louis, 6, and Elyah, 2.
A police investigation on stand-by
Apart from requests for release from the lawyers of Cédric Jubillar, who remains presumed innocent, the case has not progressed. Delphine’s body cannot be found, and anger rises among those close to her. On the Facebook page “support for the families of Delphine aussaguel”, we can read about: “Our cousin and our friend Delphine has disappeared. Help us find her ”. Many publications appear there every day and reflect the heartbreak of their authors. “Jolie Delphine, our friend, our girlfriend. There is not a day that we do not talk about you. Our life is turned upside down forever, we will miss you for the rest of our existence. You leave an immense void, an inordinate pain, a sorrow that will never be able to heal ”, have published the relatives of the mother of the family, next to a photo of Delphine Jubillar before her disappearance.
