The Nintendeal account published a screenshot of Sony’s T&Cs on X this Monday, provoking the anger of several users: “This seems illegal, doesn’t it?” a player rightly asks on the social network. Rest assured, however, you are always free to sell your physical PS4 and PS5 games to an individual or a specialist store.
