No time to die: Daniel Craig's last Bond film is set to be "epic"

Daniel Craig is going into Bond retirement: His last film as 007 should be "epic", as producer Barbara Broccoli has now explained.

Only a few more weeks, then the new 007 thriller "No Time to Die" will hit the cinemas. From November 12th, Daniel Craig (52, "James Bond 007: Specter") should be seen one last time as a cult agent. Craig's finale is supposed to be "pretty epic", the Bond producer Barbara Broccoli (60) has now revealed in the new official "No Time To Die" podcast. She confirmed once again clearly: "It is the fifth and last (Bond film) that Daniel Craig will make".

Everything comes together

"No time to die" is "the climax" of everything Craig experienced in the role of agent. All previous storylines are to be merged. Long-time fans should also be happy to hear that the latest part of the series apparently wants to reflect on old strengths. "We see this film as a classic Bond film with a modern twist," explains Broccoli.

A possible successor for the upcoming Bond strips in the next few years has not yet been officially found. But it will definitely be a man, Broccoli explained in an interview with the industry magazine "Variety" in January. A new agent "can be any color, but he's male," she said. Fans and the media have been speculating about Craig's successor for months. So far, names like Idris Elba (48), Tom Hardy (43) and Sam Heughan (40) have fallen.
