You can watch the live stream when the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded in Oslo on October 7th. This is how you find the free broadcast – and these are the nominees.

The 2022 Nobel Peace Prize will be awarded at a time of war and crisis – and many names on the list of nominees take this into account: Ukrainian President Volodymir Zelenskyi and Kremlin critic Alexei Navalnyi are among the more than 300 candidates for the award.

On the other hand, whistleblowers Julian Assange, Chelsea Manning and Edward Snowden have been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for their disclosures of US war crimes, including by satirist and MEP Martin Sonneborn.
