The soundbar from the audio specialist is visually impressive and looks very elegant. It is 124 centimeters wide, but only 11 centimeters high and deep. The weight is 5.5 kilograms.
The sound system does not offer Dolby Atmos, but it does offer high-quality surround sound thanks to a total of nine built-in drivers. Audio files can be played at up to 24 bit / 96 kilohertz via the Bowers & Wilkins Music app, WiFi, AirPlay 2, Bluetooth, Roon and Spotify Connect. The sound output is an impressive 240 watts.
Optical audio output is mandatory
When purchasing, you must note that your television definitely needs an optical audio output (Toslink), as the soundbar does not have an HDMI port and therefore does not enable ARC or eARC.
For a price of just under 600 euros, you get the best sound for films, series, TV shows, gaming or listening to music. Due to its sheer performance, the sound system is particularly suitable for larger rooms. If you want, you can also buy the soundbar as a set with an additional subwoofer and/or rear speakers. However, the price then rises to up to 2,500 euros.
