Noel Gallagher has unearthed 14 previously unreleased Oasis songs and plans to release them. But without his brother Liam.

Noel Gallagher (53, "Who Built The Moon?") Is apparently releasing a new Oasis album. That reports "The Sun". The guitarist and singer wants to re-record 14 songs that didn't make it onto the band's previous records. According to the newspaper, his brother Liam (48), with whom he is said to have been in an argument since the group split in 2009, is not there.

The songs that Noel Gallagher now wants to publish have "fallen by the wayside in various projects over the years," including songs that are "pretty old school," the musician said, according to the newspaper.

Liam Gallagher for Reunion

What his brother says about the new project is apparently not known. Liam Gallagher is said to be open to an Oasis reunion and claimed, according to the "Sun", that the band was offered £ 100 million (about 112 million euros) for a tour last February. Oasis had a total of eight number one albums. The band's last studio album, "Dig Out Your Soul", was released in 2008. The Gallagher brothers have been making music separately since the end of Oasis.
