Nokia: cooling process distributed by Innventure


(CercleFinance.com) – Nokia announced on Monday the signing of an agreement with the American Innventure to market the cooling technology designed by Nokia Bell Labs, its advanced research laboratory, for data centers and equipment. of mobile networks.

Under the terms of the agreement, Innventure will create a new subsidiary, called Accelsius, which will acquire the commercial rights to the process and will ensure its development and distribution.

The passive cooling technology developed by Nokia, which is based on two fluid lines, cools the hardware at the source, ie at the chip or power supply level.

For the record, in 2019 Nokia concluded a collaboration agreement with Innventure relating to the marketing of technologies that do not belong to the core business of the Finnish group.
