What are these NordVPN promotions?

NordVPN offers various discounts on its subscriptions. The two-year Essential subscription, the provider’s most popular offering, is priced at €3.39 per month, or €95.76 for the first two years, instead of €198.96.
The Premium subscription, the most comprehensive offering, includes NordPass and NordLocker. It is currently priced at €5.39 per month, or €129.36 for two years, instead of the usual €397.68.
After the first two years, these subscriptions return to their normal price, but you can cancel them free of charge.
Note that three months of subscription are offered for any subscription. You will receive a promotional code corresponding to the purchase, a code which can be shared with a loved one or used for their own subscription. Codes will be valid until June 20, 2024.
What are these NordVPN subscriptions?
