2024 - "Not like that": Stéphane Plaza clarifies things on certain real estate issues

Stéphane Plaza frankly spoke about the future of the real estate programs he hosts on M6 this Tuesday, with Ciné Télé Revue.

Animator Stephane Plaza is on all fronts. The M6 star is the real estate pro on the small screen. apartment hunters, Search apartment or house or House for sale : to find his cozy nest, he is an expert. And if he has been hosting certain programs for 16 years now, Stephane Plaza is aware that it is sometimes necessary to review the formula.

Questioned by the Belgian media Cine TV Revue on US-style luxury real estate issues such as Selling Sunset on Tuesday, he said: “We will say that there are shows that are part of reality, and others that are only reality TV. The images are beautiful, the houses are hot … but it does not happen like that in real life. I have nothing against this type of program, I just know where I stand.” Which has the merit of being clear.

Plaza soon on Netflix and Amazon Prime?

On the project side, Stephane Plaza don’t close any doors. The 52-year-old host is considering exporting to the very fashionable streaming platforms. “I have an agreement in principle with M6, but now we need to agree financially. We still have to go to Japan, then to Tahiti, so it’s a budget. Will this budget be satisfactory? for the chain, I don’t know.”

He adds : “In any case, I have to cover my costs, so it’s not impossible that one day I’ll arrive, I’ll have a look at Netflix, Amazon or whatever. I know they’re quite demanding, so I don’t wouldn’t have to look far.” To be continued…
