Nothing phone (1): not officially presented yet, you can already pre-order it

The technical characteristics and the price of the Nothing Phone (1) will be revealed on July 12. If you have blind faith in Nothing, pre-orders are already open.

The Nothing Phone (1) has been the subject of major teasing for several months. However, apart from a photo of the smartphone and a video of Marques Brownlee, we still have nothing very concrete about it. Fortunately, the official launch is approaching: it is scheduled for July 12, as part of an event scheduled for 5:00 p.m., which will be broadcast live on the site. nothing.tech as well as on the brand’s YouTube channel. A waiting list to get a pass

However, the number of models available for pre-order is limited. As indicated by Nothing, a waiting list allows you to receive an invitation to pre-order the Phone (1). Members of the brand’s private community have received their pass in preview since June 24, avoiding the waiting list.

But don’t worry if you’re not one of the lucky ones; you can always register on the famous waiting list via nothing.tech in order to have, perhaps, “the chance to receive an invitation code”. And if, unfortunately, you find yourself at the bottom of the list, sharing your referral link will save you a few places.

What if it was 20 euros for “Nothing” ?

Invitations must be sent by email until July 12; upon receipt, you have 48 hours, by one more, to make a deposit of 20 euros, non-refundable, in order to validate your pre-order pass.

Then, from July 12, after the presentation therefore, the company will send private links to order the Nothing Phone (1). Once the link has been obtained, the deadline for ordering the smartphone is 14 days. Of course, the 20 euros deposit will be deducted from the price. In addition, members of the Nothing community will receive a 20 euro voucher to be used on the company’s store to acquire accessories or Ear headphones (1), for example.

As mentioned above, for now the technical specifications and the price of the Phone (1) are not known. Nothing recalls in its press release that these mysteries will be solved during the event ” Return to Instinct “, July 12, 2022 therefore, at 5:00 p.m., Paris time.

According to a previous leak, the Nothing Phone (1) would be close to 500 euros at the checkout. Regarding the characteristics, leaks evoke a 6.43-inch 90 Hz AMOLED screen and a Snapdragon 778G SOC.
