The Nothing Phone (2a) is about to enter the smartphone market, with a launch date set for March 5, 2024. In the meantime, rumors and other speculations keep coming . After its technical sheet, today it is its price that we find leaking on the web.
According to information from the Dealabs site, the Nothing Phone (2a) would be available in France in two colors (black or white) and two different configurations:
- Nothing Phone (2a) with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage: €349
- Nothing Phone (2a) with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage: €399
Logically, and if these predictions are confirmed, Nothing’s new smartphone would be the brand’s cheapest model – the Nothing Phone (1) and (2) having been sold to starting from 469 € and 729 € respectively at the time of their release.
The future mid-range champion?
In addition to its affordable price, the Nothing Phone (2a) should benefit from a particularly attractive technical sheet. It would in fact be equipped with a 6.7-inch Oled screen at 120 Hz, a dual 50-megapixel photo module at the rear and a Dimensity 7200 chip from MediaTek , the same one that powers the recent Redmi Note 13 Pro +, sold 100€ more expensive.
Please note, Nothing is offering €20 off on its site, which could bring the price of this Phone (2a) down to €329. An unbeatable quality/price ratio, which would make this smartphone the perfect alternative for those who want a high-performance device without breaking the bank.
This information should obviously be taken with a grain of salt, as many leaks concerning the design of the phone have been contradicted several times. Furthermore, Carl Pei’s brand enjoys cultivating mystery on social networks, as with the approach of each new product.
We will not fail to follow the “Nothing to See” event scheduled for February 27 in Barcelona, as part of the MWC (Mobile World Congress), which should undoubtedly allow us to see there clearer.
