Available for a few months now, the Nothing Phone (1) gets a new update firmware.

Enough to migrate Nothing OS to version 1.1.4, and take advantage of some always welcome new features.

New for the Nothing Phone (1)

Good news for all owners of the smartphone offered for a few months now by the Nothing brand, since the Nothing Phone (1) receives a new major update. The latter allows the smartphone to now be powered by version 1.1.4 of the Nothing OS mobile ecosystem, obviously with some new features and other optimizations on the menu.

The update allows in particular a better integration of the functionalities of the Ear application (1), without forgetting the support LHDC high-def audio, as well as the ability to toggle the navigation interface. Added to this is the presence of the September security patch, an Always On Display mode whose energy consumption has been reduced, improvements to Face Unlock and a smartphone that promises more moderate heating.

The Nothing OS 1.1.4 update also does some good on the photo side, with the ability to watermark Nothing on shots, as well as a new algorithm to improve stability when shooting moving subjects. Likewise, faster capture in ultra-wide-angle mode with HDR enabled and better color calibration in this same ultra-wide-angle mode have been added. You know what you have to do then.
