(Boursier.com) — Novacyt international specialist in clinical diagnostics, announces that Biosynex notified it on January 5, 2023 that as of January 3, 2023, Biosynex’s stake in the Company based on voting and capital is 2.88% (2,030,916 shares). This stake has decreased, since Biosynex held precisely 2,119,627 Novacyt shares on February 10, 2022, i.e. 3.0012% of the capital, and since on March 7, 2022, Biosynex’s stake in the Company on the basis of the vote and of the capital was 5.54% (3,915,350 shares). Biosynex SA then notified, on July 4, a stake in the capital of Novacyt of 4.49% (3,167,988 shares).
