Gabby Petito (22) and her boyfriend Brian Laundrie (23) went on a road trip through the USA. But only Laundrie returned on September 1st. No trace of Gabby Petito! But her boyfriend did not want to speak to the police. Now the friend of the missing person has apparently also disappeared.

Petito has not been seen since August 30th. That day her family, who live in New York, heard from her for the last time. She wrote to her mother that she had no cell phone reception and that she was in Yosemite National Park – in California.
Biran Laundrie returned to Florida alone in her van on September 1st and has not commented on the case to the police or the Petito family.
Unrelated to double homicide in Utah
Particularly strange: A drive from Yosemite National Park, where Petito supposedly wrote to her family for the last time, to their home in Florida would take over 40 hours.
Meanwhile, Utah officials announced Friday night that Petito’s disappearance was unrelated to a double homicide that occurred near the couple’s campsite. (euc)
