Around 500 demonstrators in Houston, Texas, shouted “stop the killing” and “shame on you” in front of the meeting place of the powerful gun lobby with a total of five million members.
The right to a gun is above all
Its longtime and influential boss, Wayne LaPierre, also believed that the massacre should never have happened. But «the human right to carry a weapon must not be restricted under any circumstances. Law-abiding citizens need guns to defend themselves.”

Trump wants schools like fortresses
The attack on the children was terrible, according to Trump: “But now cynical politicians are abusing the tears of the bereaved families.” Left-wing politicians, as he makes clear. They wanted to deprive Americans of their constitutional right to bear arms.
Other measures are much more urgent: locking up psychopaths quickly, securing schools with bars, walls and armored doors, with armed security guards and x-ray locks. That’s where, according to Trump and many other Republicans, you have to start, but not with gun ownership.
