The NSE group, specialist in the design, manufacturing and maintenance of high-tech electronic equipment particularly intended for Defense, Civil Aeronautics, IT, Medical and Rail, announces the composition of its new governance following its Ordinary General Meeting of March 21, 2024 during which all of the proposed resolutions were adopted.
Evolution of NSE Governance
The AGM meeting today ratified the appointment to the Supervisory Board of Mr. Stéphane MAYER and Mrs. Isabelle CARRERE, after the departure of Mr. Alain REMUZON and Mrs. Lise CAUCHY-LACOSTE who had expressed their desire to hand over the baton after more of 7 years of mandate. In addition, Mr. François LACOSTE had also indicated that he wanted to leave his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board while remaining a member as a representative of Holding NSE Participations, the majority shareholder of the Group.
The Supervisory Board subsequently decided on the appointment as of March 21, 2024 of Mr. Stéphane MAYER as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NSE and of Mrs. Isabelle CARRERE as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NSE.
Thus, the NSE Supervisory Board is now made up of:
