Two versions of the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti GPU to lead – perhaps – to the RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 Ti?

When it was released, the GeForce RTX 4090 allowed us to discover the AD102 GPU to which the AD103 succeeded with the arrival of the RTX 4080. Just a few days ago, the AD104 was introduced with the release of the RTX 4070 Ti, but NVIDIA is logically preparing other cartridges.

Two new GeForces before the summer?

Quoted by our colleague Videocardz, Hassan Mujtaba evokes ” sources » that we imagine close to certain partner manufacturers. Sources that speak of the production of two other GPUs, derived from the AD104.

Indeed, on the RTX 4070 Ti it is more precisely the AD104-400 which is used. A GPU which should therefore be followed by the AD104-250 and the AD104-251 knowing that the first has already been mentioned. It was then about the RTX 4070.

Journalist for WCCFTech, Hassan Mujtaba explains that the AD104-250 is set for mass production from mid-February while the AD104-251 is expected a few weeks later, mid-March.

Towards a TDP of 200 watts

In either case, however, it is a question of associating them with a new PCB reference. While the RTX 4070 Ti uses the PG141-SKU331, we would switch to the PG141-SKU343 for the AD104-250 and the PG141-SKU345 for the AD104-251.

Lots of numbers and letters, lots of references for, ultimately, not very concrete information. In addition to the dates of entry into mass production, however, we learn that the two GPUs would only be planned for a TDP of 200 Watts, much less than the RTX 4070 Ti (285 W).

In addition, the start of mass production in mid-February and mid-March fits rather well with previous rumors, which mentioned the release of a hypothetical GeForce RTX 4060 at best next June.
