(Boursier.com) — The board of directors of NYXOAH invites security holders to attend the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company to be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 2 p.m. CET at the Group’s headquarters, or at any other location indicated before that time. The annual general meeting of shareholders will be directly followed by an extraordinary general meeting.
The company will also set up a video conference to allow holders of securities of the Company who have duly registered for the annual and extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to follow the meetings remotely and to ask questions, if necessary in writing, during assemblies.
The terms of participation in the meetings by videoconference will be communicated in due time to the security holders concerned.
Videoconferencing will not be considered as an electronic communication tool allowing attendance and voting at general meetings of shareholders, as referred to in article 7:137 of the Code of Companies and Associations, but will constitute an additional facility for holders of securities to follow the general meetings of shareholders. Holders of securities who wish to participate in the annual and extraordinary general meeting of shareholders are invited to exercise their right to vote before the meetings either by voting remotely by correspondence, or by giving proxy to a representative of the company.
