(Boursier.com) — Obiz a responsible relational marketing digital platform and the first GoodTech on the Euronext Growth market in Paris, is pleased to announce the great success of its capital increase with shareholders’ preferential subscription rights (DPS) maintained, which took place from June 9 to 20, 2023.
This capital increase with maintenance of the PSR was part of the financing of the acquisition of the company Ski Loisirs Diffusion (SLD), French publisher of innovative solutions (API, SaaS platforms) dedicated to Inters CSE, CSE (Comité Social and Economic) and French local authorities providing access to leisure, sport and culture, without constraints and at reduced rates.
