It is a listed company, Interparfums, which since March has occupied the building at 10, rue de Solferino, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, headquarters of the Socialist Party until 2018. These 3,700 square meters were acquired by the perfumer for 125 million euros, enough to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the company, founded in 1982 by Philippe Benacin, its CEO, and Jean Madar, who control it via the company Interparfums Inc., listed on Wall Street.
