** AstraZeneca AZN.L said it would buy Gracell Biotechnologies GRCL.O for up to $1.2 billion as the Anglo-Swedish pharmaceutical company pursues its cell therapy ambitions and strengthens its presence in China, the second largest pharmaceutical market in the world.

**The Chinese company Fujian Aonong Biological Technology

603363.SS said Dabeinong 002385.SZ had abandoned plans to buy at least 51 percent of the shares of its controlling shareholder Xiamen Aonong investment.

** Brazilian oil company Enauta said on Monday it had acquired the entire 23% stake held by QatarEnergy Brasil Ltda in some oil fields in the Campos Basin for a total value of $150 million.

**A consortium led by China’s Dazheng Group Acquisition has announced an offer to acquire automation and control technology provider Hollysys Automation Technologies HOLI.F in an all-cash transaction valued at 1.8 billion dollars, according to a press release published Sunday.

** British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe has reached a long-awaited deal to buy a 25% stake in Manchester United MANU.L and pledged to invest $300 million in the English Premier League soccer club in a bid to restart it.

** Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Sunday allowing Rosbank ROSB.MM to buy stakes in leading Russian companies owned by Société Générale SOGN.PA .
