(Boursier.com) — The OKwind Groupspecializing in the design, manufacture and sale of intelligent renewable energy generation and management systems dedicated to self-consumption, today announces the signing of a technical, commercial and financial collaboration agreement with OSMOSUN, a French water treatment company, specializing in low-carbon desalination solutions powered by solar energy.
OSMOSUN is the only global player capable of producing drinking water using a patented reverse osmosis process powered directly by photovoltaic solar energy without batteries and while limiting the impact of brine discharge.
This collaboration agreement aims to develop an offer combining OKwind Group’s short-circuit green energy production and consumption solutions and the solar-powered seawater and brackish water desalination technology of OSMOSUN.
OKwind Group does not hold any OSMOSUN shares on the date of approval of its Registration Document. 750 convertible bonds held by Okwind Group are intended to be automatically converted into new shares as part of the offer that will be launched by OSMOSUN when it is listed on the stock market, it being further specified that OKwind Group has also undertaken to subscribe additional new shares on this occasion for an overall subscription price of 750,000 euros.
It is also indicated that OKwind Group is joining the OSMOSUN Board of Directors, represented by Louis Maurice.
