This company based in Torcé (Ile-et-Vilaine) designs smart photovoltaic systems, connected ‘trackers’ that follow the sun from sunrise to sunset, ensuring stable and linear energy production throughout the day.
Founded in 2009, the company achieved a consolidated turnover of 25 million euros last year and has 131 employees, with more than 2,000 installations already deployed by professionals and individuals on French soil.
Okwind specifies that its plan to list on Euronext Growth in Paris remains subject to obtaining the AMF’s approval of its prospectus, as well as favorable market conditions.
