(AOF) – OL Groupe announces the co-optation of Michele Kang, to replace Durcesio Mello, who has resigned, for the duration of the latter’s remaining mandate, i.e. until the general meeting which will be called to decide on the accounts for the financial year ending June 30, 2023. This co-optation will be subject to ratification by shareholders at the next general meeting of the Company. Other appointments are expected within the Board of Directors in the coming weeks.
South Korean-born American businesswoman, investor, and philanthropist, Michele Kang is the founder and CEO of Cognosante, an American medical technology company. Passionate about sports, she owns the Washington Spirits women’s football team (which plays in the NWSL league) and acquired the Olympique Lyonnais women’s team.
