“) on December 20, 2022 under number 22-498 on the occasion of the admission to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris (”

“), from December 21, 2022 of 28,666,666 new shares (the ”
New Shares
“).
The Supplement supplements and should be read in conjunction with the prospectus approved by the AMF on July 22, 2022 under number 22-319 (the “Prospectus”).

The Prospectus, as supplemented by the Supplement, drawn up in the form of a Union recovery prospectus in accordance with Article 14a and Annex Va of the Prospectus Regulation as amended by Regulation (EU) 2021/ 337 of February 16, 2021 is available on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org) and on the Company’s website (https://investor.olympiquelyonnais.com/).
