OL Groupe: Léo Dubois transferred to Galatasaray

(Boursier.com) — Olympique Lyonnais informs of the transfer of its French international defender, Léo Dubois, to the Turkish club Galatasaray for an amount of 2.5 million euros, to which may be added 1 ME bonus, as well than a 10% incentive on any future capital gain.

Trained at FC Nantes, Léo Dubois arrived free of any contract at Olympique Lyonnais in July 2018. Hired for 4 years, he had extended for two additional years the following season after having honored his first selections for the French team. During his time at OL, the right-back, now 27, played 129 matches in all competitions and scored 5 goals. Captain many times in the colors of Lyon, Léo Dubois also has 13 selections for the Blues, with whom he won the League of Nations in 2021.

OL Group would like to “warmly thank Léo Dubois for his investment in the field but also in the associative field, where he notably came to the aid of the partner club of Athletico SC after the tragedy experienced in 2020 in the port of Beirut.
